What's happening in the world of Drupal Commerce.

Learn Drupal Commerce at DrupalCon Denver

It's that time of year again, and this announcement is long overdue here on DrupalCommerce.org... DrupalCon Denver is just around the corner, less than a month and a half away. I'll be there along with some other Commerce Guys to perform our regular Drupal Powered E-Commerce where we walk through building a Drupal Commerce store from start to finish.

Training is the full day of March 19th, 2012 and include 8 hours of instruction and hands-on exercises with catered lunch, snacks, and coffee. There are still spots available, and I'm happy to answer any questions you have up front here before you sign up! Topics covered include:

  • Adding multiple types of products for sale
  • Customizing Add to Cart forms, Shopping Cart views, and the Checkout form
  • Granting discounts and collecting taxes through Rules
  • Collecting and tracking payment of various methods

And of course much, much more. We've been refining our manual with each training, keeping it up to date with the latest releases of Drupal Commerce and ensuring the exercises and information given are as helpful as possible. In this training we won't dive into code as a class, but the trainers on hand will all be developers who are more than happy to give you the super-geek answer to your code questions during exercise time if you want to go deeper. ; )
