Lorem ipsum in help pop ups?
I just installed Kickstart (no core) and all the "Getting Started" pop up help screens are filled with Lorem ipsum latin sample test and the links just refresh the page.

Is my package missing the help files?

This is by design. We were soooo excited about this, we wanted to post it. My job is to full in those lipsums with real help text. I've got most of it written, and we're just going through the approval process.
Rest assured, these kinds of wrinkles will exist until at least Drupalcon Munich. Huge portions of the CK2 concept have yet to be implemented.
