I am looking for the same thing. some kind of module that will allow Cost Price per product, and then allow calculation of the store profit and not just revenue.
Is this just a matter of adding a new text field in the product called something like 'product cost' and then using Views to show and/or calculate the difference? I haven't found another module or way to do it but I think that would work.
