Change currency before sending to Paypal

I am trying to use Paypal WPS as payment method.
The Currency of my store in one of the currencies that are not supported from Paypal. So in the action of the rule "PayPal WPS" I can not choose my currency.
I choose the EUR. Now I have to divide the order total amount to 1.955 before send it to Paypal.

How do I do that?
