Working dev versions of Rules / Entity Metadata

Apparently there's a problem in the current dev version of Rules that's preventing people from testing out the current Commerce modules. I have a working older dev version on my test site that you can use for now, but we'll want to get the issues resolved ASAP.

Core Change

Turns out this isn't a change in rules so the older version has the same bug as the latest -dev releases. The problem was actually caused by a change in core. The workaround for the moment seems to be using Drupal-7-0-ALPHA2
