faulty installation?

hi:
I just installed drupal commerce but I can not enter the website:
'localhost/?q=admin/config', after a while appears a blank page
I went back to reinstall from zero and the same error (using windown7)

I'm assuming you're new to Drupal and you installed the Commerce Kickstart distribution. Please start by just using plain Drupal if you haven't done that.
