move the product type to content type

great job for drupal commerce but i would like to see content type as a product type and add any commerce field to it like price and add to cart field and other field and i would like to see SKU as taxonomy like for for single SKU for multiple product.

I agree with this.

Products should be a standard Drupal content type. This would aid with compatibility with other modules such a Feed Import.

After watching the excellent

After watching the excellent webinar, it turns out you associate a product with a node and manage it that way.

It's more flexible and seems a great way of doing it.
