We work with one PSP only and I ould like to know if it is supported by Drupal Commerce OR
if it is possible to add it to the list of PSP's
Ours is called Vxsbill

Great question! You can find all of the payment gateways available for Drupal Commerce by looking at our free extensions listing...

Of course it's possible to add your payment gateway. There's a great API example module that comes with Commerce, as well as looking at the PayPal module...

Most likely you will want to hire someone familiar with the matter. I unfortunately don't have a community-wide link to share with you on that. I do know that building payment gateways does fall under the Commerce Guys umbrella of services offered.
