a simple shop wite commerce

hi!please help me!i have all of my products in default style insert to my cart with 0 value!!
please help me!in fact i deside to destroy my product page or other means destroy add to cart button but i need one field for recive quantity!
i deside to create an simple shop,thats a simple form!user can choose quantity of several prudacts
and click to order!

in last excuseme,i cannot fully writing or speaking english!Tank you!

thanks!I recive and install commerce_stock but i confused!plaese help me for create an view of an store thats all prudacts move to cart and thats Qty is zero!
